We are just about to get our second shipment of Isagenixs. Not for a 30 day cleanse but for maintenance program. We ordered the energy and performance package with vitamins. We have decided to not order the product B this round because it cost an extra $60 on our package and we both don't feel there is a big difference, especially for that price. However once we run out and we will do a month without the product B and see if we feel any different not taking it. I also ordered the isagreens and isafruits and the Thia Chi Tea. We are trying new protein bars too.... natural oatmeal and Lemon cream.
We are still very happy with the isashakes, ionix and energenixs. On top of this we take accelerator and I take flush. Accelerator is suppose to help with fat burning and energy, I would agree. I definitely feel I get a better sweat on at the gym after starting this. The flush is suppose to keep you regular and flush your system. My husband doesn't take it because he's so regular, I find it doesn't help at all, I need to take about 6 a day to get regular BMs. Seeing as I really love dried plums, and that they work really well.... I take 1 flush at am and 1 at pm... then leave the rest to the plums and water :-)

progress...
Just wanted to comment due to an earlier post I made about my progress, deep cleanses and the struggles of what to do. Well when I was deep cleansing I found my workouts hard, after the deep cleanse and change to daily cleanse I didn't find much of a difference. However...... this week was great! I was able to push harder and make big jumps. Increased my push ups by 9, upped all my weights and felt I had the energy to do my cardio after. My trainer is pushing me hard and I have the energy to complete the challenge! Almost to the point of breaking sometimes but I haven't yet!! I believe it is our balanced health that is helping us live this way now :-)
End of cleanse
We have come to the end of the cleanse. We are going to continue with our Isagenixs journey because we are so impressed, let me tell a few reasons why we are so impressed...
1. Ray, my husband, had been doing the Isagenixs daily and then things got real busy at work. He was missing his morning coffee and felt he needed it in the morning. So he decided to stop at McDonalds to grab a coffee and grabbed an egg mcmuffin as well, for 2 days. He started to feel real tired, exhausted! One morning I was laying in bed at 530am, listening to him get ready, thinking about him being so tired and trying to think of what I could do for him to help. Then I remember an article I had read, in isaganix facebook talk groups, about coffee and also the fast food. I got up and suggested he have a green tea and stay off the fast food. To tired and grumpy to listen, he brushed it off and headed to work... with his McD combo. Another tired, exhausting day. The next day he decided to try my advice. He did his Isagenixs morning routine , made a green tea at home and one to travel with, he reported back later that day that he felt amazingly better! That's it he's back on track, enjoying mint green tea in the morning and staying off fast food.
2. As I have said in earlier posts I am off my sleep and anxiety meds, I am off my allergy meds and am sleeping better.... what more do I need to say there?! It worked for me and I'm thrilled!
3. We ran out of ionix supreme and by the second day of not taking it I felt a little more anxious, my allergy have flared up. I am stuffed, head congestion, runny nose and itchy eyes. I have contacted a friend and am borrowing some ionix till mine arrives! Today is day 3 no ionix (but I have it now, yum) and I feel as I always do with my allergies, which also drag me out. I used to take 20mg reactine and Benadryl at night to sleep and clear my sinuses.
4. Ray has gone 2 days without ionix and also feels the difference of not being on it. It is an immune booster, stress reducer, so with his crazy busy schedule right now it is not the time he wanted to not be taking it. He feels really tired today.
By coming off a few things or trying some "fast fixes" we were able to see what we were benefiting from the Isagenixs. I am very happy with this product and the results I am getting for my health. If you would like to know more and try this for yourself, then check it out and send me a message. I would definitely like to hear all your stories, good and bad!

week 4
Well we are approaching the end of our trail with the Isagenix products. I have to say I am a believer. I am sleeping better, I feel more rested, have more energy and feel overall more balanced and so does my husband. I have struggled with situation depression this year, my doctor wanted me to stay on my antidepressants till next spring due to the damp, grey, cold and rainy winters we have... worrying about sad syndrome during winter affecting my depression. However I am feeling great and plan to talk to her about reducing my prescription! Prior to Isagenixs I was using clonazepam for anxiety and sleep, zoplicone for sleeping after my night shifts and at night. Sleeping was a real issue for me. Now I use one spray of isagenix sleep solution and within 20 min my eyes are dropping. The sleep solution contains melatonin, L-theanine and a proprietary blend of natural
herbs and ingredients. The ingredients work synergistically to reduce the time
it takes to fall asleep while helping to improve the quality of sleep and
increase total sleep time. It has worked wonders for me. I am giving it to a workmate that also struggles with sleep, it will be interesting to see how it works for her as well. So now, 4 weeks of isagenix, I am no longer using clonazepam, I only use immovane occasionally for sleep during the day between my 2 night shifts. I am not even sure I need it. It is more of a fear of not using it, that's why I take it. I think my next 2 night (2 weeks from now) I will not take it and see how that works. Of course I am still tired on my night shifts, I don't think there is anything anyone can do about that, night shifts suck, its that simple! But I am more focused, no body aches, and I am no longer exhausted.
Before Isagenixs I struggles with getting enough nutrition. I had a hard time trying to get in enough protein and eating balanced meals to support my exercise routine. Now I have a well balanced routine. I don't worry about what I am going to do about breakfast and getting the proper protein/carb/fat ratio. I am enjoying my nutritious foods, enjoy a shake and ionix every morning and never worry when I am 'on the go' because I can always grab a shake or bar. And when I am at work and I get the mid afternoon low time or crash, I grab an orange 'want more energy' drink and I feel great. I like to keep my eating clean and knowing that the isagenix has the same focus is encouraging.
My husband and I are looking forward to continuing our isagenx experience!

Feeling good....
I am feeling so good! My sleep is better, my energy is there, my routine is simple and we feel balanced! It's great.
This last week I had been struggling with the whole deep cleanse and not eating while weight lifting, so I switched over to nightly cleanses. I eat well in the day, basically doing the shake days and then I take cleanse for life after an intense workout and at night before bed. I have learned that it makes me pee fairly quickly, so I make sure I take it an hour before bed! However, I did this and have now started my workout routine for the week. I felt no different today not doing the deep cleanse then I did when I did do the deep cleanse. I struggled just as hard with my workout, the weights and energy felt the same. I actually did better with my push ups last week then I did this week. Now having said that I did not go through the starving feeling or the sick feeling the next day. Its such a fine balance! I think you just need to find what's best for your body and lifestyle. And also think about what your goal is right now. Mine is building muscle, if I was more focused on weight loss I would want to stick with the deep cleanse day! Once I am in a more routine, or maintenance program, I may try the deep cleanse again. Probably the 9 day cleanse.
As for the vitamins, we are now 5 days on them, I don't feel much different but my husband says he feels he thinking is clearer and energy is good. He is happy with them. Me I need a little more convincing!
We did our scheduled Measurements.... not a lot of excitement on paper.... only a few lbs lost and most inches stayed the same while other grew 1/4-1/2 inch, while around waist went down 1/2 inch. Its a hard one because I am weight lifting and growing muscle but I am also doing a minimum of 30min of intense cardio after weight lifting. So I am hoping to see inches with muscle growth but would also like to see fat lose. My clothes are fitting better and I am feeling good, really that's most important!

end of nights
Another set of nights is over. I am defiantly feeling the benefits of Isagenixs. Of course I am tired from the night shifts but I am not feeling the body aches and exhaustion I was feeling before. I am sleeping better. Last night was my night to shift back into sleeping nights, usually I would take a zoplicone but I took the sleep spray, an hour later I was tired but not falling asleep so I took another small spray..... I fell asleep quickly after that! Asleep around 1130pm and slept till 730am.
Today we start the vitamins plus product B. Excited to see if this adds to the energy and helps with the sleep :-)

week 3
Wow, last night I came home after my day shift with an abundance of energy! First I thought I'd never get to sleep because I felt I had so much energy. But I took a spray of the sleep aide at 10, went to bed at 1030 and I know I was asleep before 11. I am feeling great! And so is my husband.
I have been a little skeptical about this product but the results are getting harder to ignore.
The one issue we still struggle with is the deep cleanse day. For my husband, who is not doing an intense workout schedule right now, it is great. He feels good and can manage the deep cleanse days fine. But for me, working out 6 days a week, the deep cleanse days are hard and I don't feel good at the end of that day or the beginning of the next day. The second day I feel bloated, kinda like my body wants to store after the cleanse day.
With everything I have read and learned about exercise and weight lifting, not eating is never a plan. I am having difficulty wrapping my head around this idea. I have spoken to others on isagenix and they are suggesting I increase my intake on shake days and that its not the deep cleanse days that are the issue. I'm going to do a little more research as I am still not convinced that doing the deep cleanse day is a good plan to get the body I want.
We have just ordered the isaganix essential vitamin packs with product B. I am looking forward to see if we feel even more of a change with them added to our daily plan. Hopefully they arrive by the weeks end!
